How the rental works
Everything you need to know before booking, with no surprises at the desk. If something is not written here, we will not ask you for it.
Always included in the price
Full insurance cover
Included in the price, always — with no card deposit and no excess. Not an extra sold to you at the desk.
Child seats
Free and in any quantity: infant carrier, child seat and booster. Just tell us when you book.
Second driver
Free. We only need their details and licence at the time of booking.
Pay at pick-up
No online prepayment: you settle when you collect the car.
What you need and how it works
Documents at pick-up
A valid driving licence and an ID document for the main driver. No credit card required.
Fuel
We give you the car with a full tank and ask for it back full.
Cleanliness
We hand over the car clean and ask for it back in the same condition. If you would rather not think about it, add the optional final cleaning when you book: we take care of it.
Delayed flights
Give us your flight number: if you land late we will wait for you, at no extra cost.
When there is an extra cost
Missing fuel
The missing fuel plus a €30 refuelling service fee.
Extraordinary cleaning
A one-off €50, only if the car comes back in an unusual state and you did not choose the final cleaning. Sand and road dust do not count.
Late return
More than one hour late counts as one extra rental day.
Return at a different airport
€75 to bring the car back to its home airport.
Short rentals
€30 vehicle preparation fee for rentals up to 3 days.
Final cleaning (optional)
€30 if you would rather not think about it — you choose it when booking.
Smoking in the car
€100 sanitisation fee. All our cars are non-smoking.
Fines
Traffic fines received during the rental remain the responsibility of the driver.
Cancellation
Write or call us: the sooner you tell us, the better we can reorganise.
